Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on betwin888. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein, pending investigation.

To register a betwin888 Account, you must provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, date of birth, Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS, a valid and actively monitored email address, and a secure password of your choosing.

betwin888 is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity and age of all registered Players before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of a clear, legible photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, and Driver's License issued by the LTO. betwin888 may additionally require a selfie photograph, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation for Players at higher account tiers or in circumstances where betwin888's internal risk assessment procedures require further diligence.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betwin888 login credentials. betwin888 will never request your password by email, SMS, or live chat. • All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. betwin888 will not process withdrawals for unverified accounts.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the betwin888 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully met before the corresponding funds become eligible for withdrawal.

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. betwin888 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the platform. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting betwin888 support and completing any required re-verification steps.

betwin888 may offer various promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.

• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim duplicate bonuses through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and may result in Account suspension.

• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betwin888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the betwin888 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical malfunctions, communication failures, or interruptions in service.
• Unauthorized access to your betwin888 Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits betwin888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

betwin888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, collusion, or any other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider relating to funds deposited to the Account.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon Account closure for cause, betwin888 may withhold all funds pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, remaining funds will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method subject to verification requirements. Players wishing to voluntarily close their betwin888 Account should contact support, and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

betwin888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the provisions of PAGCOR's regulatory framework, Republic Act No. 9487 (National Lottery Law as amended), the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and all applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through betwin888's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or, where applicable, to resolution through PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.

betwin888 encourages Players to raise any complaint or dispute through the official betwin888 support channel in the first instance. betwin888 commits to investigating and responding to all formally submitted complaints within a reasonable period.
